Dear Parents,
It's time to make WCA reservations. Please follow these directions: Call 1-888-777-6779, and tell the representative that you are attending the WCA competition in December. Your reservation code is N-WCA09. You will make your reservation for check-in Dec. 28. You still compete on the 30th but you may be dismissed after awards. Therefore, you decide if you check out on the 30th or the 31st. It's more convenient to stay until the 31st. You need to make these reservations by Friday, Sept. 18th. If you want to stay somewhere else you can, but please realize that you will be expected to be at all meeting areas in the hotel. Prices are below. FYI... There is mandatory practice at Cheer Authority on December 27th. If you don't attend this practice, you don't compete! There is also a mandatory practice in Nashville at the hotel on check-in day, the 28th. Don't make plans other than check-in. Thanks!

Dear Parents,
Congrats to all of our teams and looks like we are off to a great start! Also, we had some situations brought to our attention at the competion... PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE WARM-UP AREA!! THIS CAN RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF OUR TEAMS! There were also some video cameras and flash cameras. Please follow event rules where this is concerned. We were almost disqualified two years ago because parents didn't want to follow rules on cameras. Cheer Authority doesn't make the event rules but it's bad representation when we don't follow them. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
